This is to inform you that the personal data you have provided us with will be handled by Enervit S.p.A. in full compliance with personal data protection laws in force. In particular, pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03, Enervit S.p.A. would like to inform you that:

2- Providing your data is not obligatory but a refusal to do so may make it impossible for Enervit S.p.A. to supply the service requested.
3 Your personal data will only be processed by those specifically assigned and competent to do so within the Enervit S.p.A. corporate structure and for the aforementioned purposes, in particular in the Marketing, Communication, New Media, Commercial, Accounts and Administration, General Management offices of the company holding your data. Furthermore, your data, if that should be necessary for the purpose of this information, may be communicated to subsidiaries and/or associated to Enervit S.p.A. and to external companies and/or professionals managing the website, the user and customer database, on behalf of the data holder. For this information purpose, through communication to the aforementioned parties your data may be transferred abroad, even outside the European Union.
4- You may contact Enervit S.p.A. at the offices indicated below to make sure your rights are complied with as foreseen by article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03; in particular, you have the right, at any time to receive confirmation of whether your data is present in our database or not and know its content and where it comes from, check it is exact and ask for it to be integrated or updated, or rectified. Pursuant to the same article you also have the right to request that said data be cancelled, made anonymous and blocked if handled in violation to the law, and oppose it being handled for legitimate reasons.
