Enrico Arcelli

A specialist in sports medicine, nutrition and diets. Associated Professor with the Faculty of Human Movement Science in Milan University. He is the author of dozens of scientific publications, some in important international magazines. He has written 18 books on sports training and diet, some translated into different languages including Chinese and Russian.
He works in sport as a technician and journalist. He managed the Team accompanying Moser in the 1984 hour record in Mexico City. He has also worked with world level tennis-players and top level athletes (Tomba, Manuela Di Centa, Alesi..) and prestigious football teams (Chelsea, Juventus and Milan). He has suggested innovative training methods for medium and long distance running in athletics, football, cycling, basketball and other sports.
Gigliola Braga

Gigliola Braga, biologist nutritionist, has dealt with problems linked to water and foodstuffs for many years for private companies and public bodies. She was one of the first in Italy to understand how important the Zone dietary method is. Since 1999 she has been working on insulin control and prevention through diet. She has written 4 successful books on the subject for Sperling and Kupfer: "The Italian Zone" "Lovelier with the Zone" " The great Italian Zone book" "The Zone in 80 minutes" which also contains a DVD. She works with football teams, League series and national team football players, rowers, cyclists, tri-athletes, pitchers and several athletes form various sports. She lectures at Turin University.
