EnerZona Cracker 40-30-30 gives you carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the 40%-30%-30% ratio expressed in calories. The EnerZona Cracker 40-30-30 carbohydrates are mainly made with wholemeal spelt flour in its ancient “spelta” variety. EnerZona Cracker 40-30-30 contains resistant starches and dextrins; like common starch and maltodextrin, but are all metabolised by the body as fibre. Resistant starch and dextrin, though contributing to a considerable increase in fibre percentage, make the creation of extremely pleasant products possible; that is why they are also called “invisible fibre”.
